1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or using any service provided by BIRD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• One account is intended for one individual user only — sharing is a violation of these Terms.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Course Access & Use

• Course access is granted only after successful payment confirmation or explicit manual enrollment by an administrator.
• Access is strictly for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer your course access to any third party.
• All enrolled courses come with lifetime access unless otherwise stated on the course page.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content to keep it current and accurate.
• We may suspend access without notice if your account is found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on BIRD — including but not limited to course videos, study materials, PDFs, assessments, graphics, logos, and code samples — is the intellectual property of BIRD or its respective instructors, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly publish any course content.
• You may not record, screenshot, or download premium videos without explicit written permission.
• You may not use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized distribution of course content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Payments & Fees

• All course fees are clearly displayed on the course detail page before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store your card details.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• EMI plans, where available, are subject to the installment schedule shown at the time of enrollment.
• Late EMI payments may result in temporary course access restriction until dues are cleared.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Key points:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment.
• Requests after the refund period are not eligible.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Courses purchased under special promotional pricing may have different refund terms.

7. Placement Services

• Placement assistance is provided as a value-added service — it is not a guaranteed employment contract.
• Eligibility for placement support requires completion of the full course curriculum.
• We connect students with hiring partners but do not guarantee specific salary packages or roles.
• Resume reviews and mock interviews are available to eligible students as per the placement cell schedule.
• Our 95%+ placement rate is based on historical data and is not a binding guarantee.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BIRD:

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling copyrighted course content.
• Attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to copy platform data.
• Uploading malicious files, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonating another person, instructor, or organization.
• Providing false information to obtain a refund or placement benefit.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms other users' experience.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks without valid reason.
• Misuse platform resources or harm the platform's reputation.
• Share course content in violation of our intellectual property policy.

Upon termination, your access to all courses will be revoked immediately. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

10. Disclaimers

BIRD provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep all course content accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that:

• Course content is error-free or complete at all times.
• The platform will be available without interruption or technical issues.
• Completion of a course will guarantee employment or specific career outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

BIRD and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform or course content.
• Unauthorized access to your account data.
• Any career or employment outcome following course completion.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
